In November of 2024, I began physical therapy for an osteochondral defect in my knee. Rich Balch provided me with an excellent experience from diagnosis, therapy, and flexible scheduling. My therapy continued for 6 weeks prior to my total knee replacement on January 24, 2025. Although the defect in my knee could not be repaired with therapy alone, Rich provided hands on therapy that increased the mobility and strength of my knee and prepared me for my knee replacement. Orthopedic Care is in my opinion the best physical therapist center in NJ. Rich and his staff are professional, and extremely knowledgeable. You are treated as more than a patient. Everyone is warm friendly and truly care about your health n well being. I love how clean the facility is too. Thank you for helping me to heal my injuries twice!
I severely pulled a groin muscle playing tennis. Richard Balch began treatment for it for 3 weeks. I needed further treatment but I had a prearranged trip that would last for 6 weeks in Florida. Richard said I should seek out a PT there. He provided me with a copy of the complete notes for all of the treatment he had provided. He also gave me advice as to how to select a therapist. The PT I went to in Florida was very impressed by his notes. I can tell you that the level of care that Richard provided was outstanding vs. the care I received in Florida.
