I have been training there for over 10 years. With Sensei Paul Snader. I started at 6 years old and have been training ever since. I highly recommend Shidokan karate. Its the best place to learn discipline, balance and coordination as well as different punching and kicking techniques. Great for self defense and very good exercise. I always come home feeling tired and happy. I highly recommend It.
This dojo is just Amazing, the Sensei Paul is truly a fantastic teacher. My kids respect and admire him and learn so much from him. Highly recommending the dojo for any kid or adult.
