Funerals are always painful, and all one can hope for is compassion and understanding when going through the funeral process. This was the first time we worked with them, and we were more than happy with their service. Our uncle's time had come, and it was difficult for all of us, but Cristy Ann went above and beyond in helping us through this process. She was incredibly compassionate and took the time to understand our relationship with our uncle. I was recommended by a dear friend to use the Louis Chapel for my mothers services, and I’m so glad I did, going through a difficult sad time like this is always hard to plan, but with the help of Ricky Louis and his kind and caring staff helped greatly. The service was beautiful thanks to all who put it together. Also like to mention the place is very clean which is important to me. Thank you to the Louis Chapel for everything.
