Polite, fast, quality service (for both cleaning and alterations) -- what more can one ask? Oh, and a very sweet lady at the counter. She even called me to let me know that my stuff was ready earlier than expected!

Courteous service and reasonable prices. Shirts and suits are nicely cleaned. Tailoring service is available.

On a side note I once accidentally left a shirt for over a month and was able to pick it up with no problems even though the receipt indicates a 30 day limit.
