2. Request a final statement and invoice/receipt before leaving the office and be sure to have a copy of your estimate from your insurance provider with you. (Make sure procedure codes match)
3. Keep ALL your paperwork!!! You will need it when you receive a surprise bill at a later date.

“THE BEST! THE BEST! THE BEST! I have an intense fear and anxiety from traumatic dental experiences in the past and Harmony Dental Arts has helped me so much. They are so patient, kind, and gentle. I've done so much work with them including a complicated dental implant repair and I experienced NO PAIN WHATSOEVER! This is the first dentist office that I don't dread going to them. I've already recommended to family and friends and I can't say enough good things about them. The dentists, the hygienists, and the office staff are AMAZING! Oh and also, they are actually good with the schedule. You don't have to sit there for an hour after your scheduled appointment before you get called in which has been my experience at other dentists. And you also can get an appointment within a week of you calling, usually other dentists will schedule you a month or two months out and tell you "that's the earliest we have." In various places I looked like a jack-o’-lantern.I chose advanced periodontics for what is called (All on 4 teeth replacement).
