Don't bother. Doesn't come at the time he says he going to come. Called again, left message and never returned call. What's the point of putting an ad in Clipper Mag if you don't respond to customers? Don't get what the gimmick is, but don't bother calling or trying to set a date to get work done. It's just a waste of time.
I made an appointment with Busy Bee and Mark called when he was on his way on my scheduled day. He never showed up and didn't return my phone messages. I wasted my entire day waiting for him. I would not recommend Busy Bee Chimney Services.
If your workers do not know how to drive safely they should be on the road. Today,5/30/2020 at 2:30 on rt 17 in Paramus one of your trucks pulls out in front of me and almost caused an accident. Please train your workers.
