BUT, If I could leave a rating greater than 5 Star for Mike C. & PELCO HVAC, I would in this instance. I had an issue with what I had thought was condensation. I called Mike, he immediately responded, and diagnosed a leaking coil within my system unit. I was provided with a quote, Mike arrived as stated, removed my old unit and replaced it with a new furnace. I know some aspects of the job became more difficult than expected, but I was not hit with a typical industry "extra". The old furnace was disposed, my utility room left clean, we shook hands and I received the invoice via email...none of this payment before I leave stuff. Mike and the team at PELCO are professional and easy to work with.“
