Before I moved out of state, I inherited an oriental rug that was in dire need of a good cleaning. I'd heard of Tashjian's reputation so I dropped the rug off at their plant. The owner was very knowledgeable and told me things about the rug I didn't know. He showed me some of the problems that existed in it, but assured me that it was worth cleaning and fixing. The process took about 2 weeks. When I picked it up, the owner showed me the rug and their work well exceeded my expectations. I can't believe how much the rug was transformed - it's really a work of art that I'm enjoying every day.

The team did a wonderful job cleaning and refreshing three decades old Turkish and Chinese rugs. The colors are once again vibrant and the texture is buttery smooth. Honest, communicative, and passionate about their work. I'll be back with my other rugs!
