ATM Machine at Ponte Bella

The quality of service was okay. The washer was decent. She was nice but she was a little too gentle with washing my hair and didn't spend a lot of time. The overall service was good. Raissa always does a great job with blowing out my hair. The vibe was very relaxing and quiet which I loved. However, I didn't like the receptionist did not like go by the line up of when customers arrived to pair them with a stylist. 2 people that arrived after me went before me causing me to wait longer than anticipated. The process needs to be improved. Other than that I would recommend.

The stylist are great. The one who washes hair is terrible. water is cold, splashing every where, pulling your hair hard. it also says they open at 9 am but they don't. they pretty much open whenever they feel like it. so you pull up at 9 am and wait til 9:30 for someone to pull up to open the door then have to wait for them to set up. it's ridiculous! after new years they closed for days no sign saying why or when they where reopening and when you call it's an automated messaging.

I must say this was the worst experience I've ever had in a hair salon. The stylist was not concerned about my Hair Health. All she wanted to do is burn my hair out. The staff walked around, like peacocks, not speaking, not smiling. with their nose in the air. my sisters we really need to do better when it comes to supporting our own because it is obvious that all they want is our money spin, our money black.
