Yoga by Robin was the best place to practice prenatal yoga. All of her instructors were so sweet and helped me along the way. If you want a very personal yoga experience, this is the studio to join.

This is one of the most authentic yoga studios I have ever been. Minimalistic, peaceful, small and intimate. It is Yoga. Not commercialized and "see how full your class can get. The teachers are serene and knowledgeable. The classes are diverse. The ceilings are cracked(:. The owner is authentic and is always laughing over silly things. It's about your experience with guidance.

Personalized instruction -- I love Yoga by Robin. The classes are usually small, and the teachers adjust their instruction according to the needs of the students in the room, so it's great for beginners and advanced students alike. Drop-ins and new students are encouraged, and the other students are just as welcoming and helpful as the teachers. The teachers are awesome. They spend time on breathwork and using your breath, which I never appreciated properly when I used to practice at home by myself instead of in a studio.
