I just had my first ever facial done yesterday, and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff was welcoming, the GM Ellie greeted me and made sure I was comfortable and helped me with questions I had before the Esthetician Stephanie came out for my facial. Stephanie was very welcoming as well and explained the procedures and was wonderful throughout the whole process.

The staff at this location are wonderful. The bad reviews are people who clearly didn’t get to bully their way into what they wanted or simply don’t understand how a contract/membership works. So don’t listen to them.
The GM Ellie has never been anything but kind and personable to me. Front desk staff are all extremely helpful and willing to answer any questions. The therapists and estheticians and knowledgeable and professional. I’ve never had a bad session here.

Massage Envy Martlon offers excellent massage services! You're greeted with warms smiles from the front desk as soon as you walk in. I've had excellent experiences with several of their masseuses and estheticians! A very calming and enjoyable experience!
