Lori is by far the best therapist I have ever had. The staff at the Marlton location are all great! I have a complicated set of injuries and surgeries which would otherwise be debilitating.... Lori has kept me active and healthy for years. I've recently tried cupping therapy to help break-up scar tissue and this has elevated the level of recovery that I have had previously. Book well in advance, because Lori is highly sought-after and her appointments fill quickly.

If I could give a zero stars I really would because of what happened today..
my appointment for a facial cleaning was at 1:00.. I left my house really early but due to the heavy rain and 2 accidents.. I was late 8 minutes.. I called them 12:55 to let them know about my delay.. when I arrived at 1:08 the receptionist told me that they will cut few minutes from the service which originally should be 50 min. So I was okay since they told me there will be another client coming at 2:00.. they took such long time to set my grandma. She started Service at 1:25 and she was done by 1:50 so only 25 min service which is half the assigned service time.

Today was my first facial at this store and will be my last facial there, i got only 30 minutes because I arrived 7 minutes late due to extreme rain.
And when my granddaughter spoke to Alli the office manager she was disrespectful treating her .
Aside we were told that we don’t deserve to stand up in this place as if we are in heaven .. regret that I ever went there
