I didn’t really have a chance to speak before being guided straight to the card reader and asked about the tip. I also had a coupon, which I had to mention after the payment explanation. The interaction felt a little monotone and transactional. I would have preferred a bit more warmth or light conversation before checkout to round out the experience.

The salon is beautiful, it reminds me of some of the salons in Manhattan. I was greeted warmly by Onita the hairstylist and Tricia, and while my hair was being tended to I had a great conversation with Tricia that made the time pass.

Onita was able to put a temporary color in my hair along with much needed treatment and she was also very lovely to speak with while she was doing my hair. I left a very happy customer and will return. I highly recommend!“
