I've used this company years ago & decided to come back because I needed some self care time & jump start to weight loss again. Scheduled with Gina, the owner, and she set me up with the InShape machine and boy was it an AMAZING experience!! It does this thing that focuses on melting the fat and then stimulate the muscles under the fat! After about 45 mins or so feeling this vibration around my stomach; the area felt very light and loose (such a hard description to describe, but it's a good feeling). I really liked going here and using the sculpting machine. I bought twelve sessions. I believe it helped me kick start a stomach/waist reduction. I went from a size 30 to size 29 pant size. I haven't gone down in a long time! However, like everything else, it is up to me to maintain this. I really liked working with Gina and her wonderful staff.
I have never liked facials in the past. I usually find them a waste of time and they only wind up irritating my sensitive skin. I recently purchased a package of the 90 minute Hydro facials and after 2 sessions I have noticed a significant improvement in my skin. I absolutely love them and it is easy to make an appointment.
