Whether you are looking for healing your body due to an injury or looking to strengthen your core, correct posture and build flexibility and strength, Elizabeth is bar none the instructor you need. Her deep knowledge, caring demeanor and ability to listen to your concerns/goals are what sets her apart from other Pilates classes. Her studio is clean, peaceful and welcoming. I highly recommend!!

I have been going one or two times a week for over a year now and have seen very significant improvement in my strength, mobility, flexibility and body shape. My trainer is amazing with an incredible knowledge of anatomy and how the body works and connects. I never feel pain or exhaustion during workouts and see results. I have learned more about how to move my body effectively, how to exercise effectively when at home, and how to avoid pain and injury often associated with aging. I HIGHLY recommend Your Body Works to people of all ages and abilities.

I have had severe shoulder pain daily, in both shoulders, for two years - due to small labrum tears as well as arthritis. I spoke with Liz and she told me what tape to buy and we set up an appointment time. Liz treated me via facetime three days ago. She instructed my husband showing him exactly how to tape each shoulder. She then showed me two shoulder exercises that she wanted me to do each day. I have been pain-free for three days - the quick end of pain has been astounding.
