1.5 hour wait for a routine check up. The assistants there have to be there all day so I can see why time is of no concern for them. For the rest of us who have to work, there should be some respect for people’s time. At the one hour mark I dared to ask how much longer the wait would be and instead of being apologetic, two staff members were absolutely nasty. If you’re going to work with people and especially at a PEDIATRICIAN’s office, perhaps you should invest in a course at how to be patient and treat others with respect. This group of Doctors are the best out there. I have been with them since the day after I gave birth to my son and they are the BEST!!! They take their time with your child and explain in details any concerns or questions you may have and as a parent I couldn't ask for anything better . The staff here is also great , so nice and attentive from the moment you walk in!! I would recommend this group to anyone looking for a GREAT pediatrician for their kids !!
