Hand & Stone in Emerson is my favorite. I have come here for years. I highly recommend getting a membership. Marisol is the best aesthetician. Their manager is also the sweetest. She always remembers that I have little ones and asks for them! They have excellent customer service
Went for a facial today at the Emerson location, I was greeted by 4 different ladies, who were all extremely nice and welcoming! Then I had a lady called Carly do my facial .... wow what a pleasant experience! For my first time doing a facial, it was amazing. She was very comforting and informative. Jackie and Jocelyn at the front desk were also extremely nice, I had a wonderful conversation with them ... Thank you to the team there today, made my Sunday :)
Josie is AMAZING - one of the best that I have been to. This place is great, super clean ran pretty well. I do not think that all of their massage people are as good, but I can tell you that once you find someone you like just stick with them and you will really love this location.
