After dealing with several local window companies and getting overpriced quotes, missed consulting appointments, and unprofessional employees, I almost gave up on booking with anyone. Initially, my sister and I went to Dor-win location only to ask for information on windows for a residential home. Not only did we get information, but we had one of the best experiences making a large purchase. Great company long lasting windows. We had a large project for 7 apartments in a condo building, Dorwin installed them quickly, they are very efficient and the other owners are very happy for 50th St in North Bergen.They also helped me get the records many years later, thank you Dorwin!Aubrey took great care of us!

Both Sarah and Aubrey assisted us throughout the process and followed up with any updates. In addition to the amazing in-store experience, the installation process was just as good. The installation team (including Julio who initially measured the windows) were 100% professional, checking in with any suggestions and questions. They addressed all challenges quickly, professionally, and cleaned up completely, as they worked. I appreciate Sarah and the entire team for making sure the purchase and entire experience were at top-level. We recommend Dor-Win 1000%!
