Found this barber serendipitously since the shop was not listed on Yelp just yet. I took a chance since it was next door to my next appointment with a detective agency. Ralphy, my young barber, was the only one in this tiny shop of two chairs. I was used to cutting my own hair since being in the Army Reserves for the past 24 years, so I told Ralphy exactly what I wanted. He knew what I expected and gave me one of the best cuts I have ever had. I took off one star for the lack of decor and the shop's overall aesthetics. Other than that, I had a great experience at Tico's with Ralphy as my barber. I will definitely come again if I'm ever in the neighborhood.
