Jean came to my house and successfully installed a 42,000 BTU - four zone, mini-split system that will provide both air conditioning and heat. This is a pretty big project and he handled everything end -to-end. He ordered the compressor, the air-handlers, all the additional parts, had them delivered to my house and began working it the next day. I had a 12,000 BTU zone installed on my second floor bedroom, 12,000 BTU zone in my dining room, a 9,000 BTU zone in my home office and a 9,000 BTU zone in my basement where he had to make a hole in the cinderblock) to run the electrical and piping. Jean at handytech is great!I have a mini split system. It has been losing Freon and not doing the job.Jean came over the day after I called ready to diagnose and possibly repair.It was indeed fixable. Another AC tech might have just pushed for the new install. Jean was upfront and honest. He is true to his word.I know nothing about these machines, vulnerable to the repair man.
