i’ve had a few complaints..
Nail polish peeling off after a few days (Gel polish) this was my second time ..
Every 2 weeks on a day off pedicure and manicure..
Just was in Tuesday.. Friday polish peeling. went in early Saturday .. act like she don’t even remember me or my name ?

I'm a true believer in customer service, around 3 weeks ago i had an issue with the sterilizations of the techs use of nail tools . So went to give them another try. OMG. way better service.. the owner actually smiles and suggested the Spa pedicure... love it And.. the shop back open on Sunday's, best time... not crowded... All ways a Loyal customer .. as long no issues

Maribel is definitely the best, her work with both hands and feet is impeccable. I think the 5 stars are because of her. Because the owners are very rude, it seems that one is going to order something for free, and the prices increased exorbitantly to over $15 and without prior notice you only realize when you are going to pay and this cannot be many people who are already customers. We know how much you pay for each service and it is not fair that at the checkout you notice the increase in prices. This is not OK.
