Rich responded immediately to our problem and Lorenzo arrived right on time. He assessed the situation, took great care to resolve it and then made sure it was no longer a problem. Lorenzo was professional and efficient and is passionate about his vocation. How refreshing it was to work with him! Thank you Lorenzo and thank you Rich’s Plumbing!

Amazing company.... anytime I call they come same day, they give you honest answers and fair pricing. Their technicians have always been respectful. Our furnace flute pipe roted and filled the house with carbon monixide. Thank goodness for carbon monixide detectors, we had to evacuate for the night. I called Rich's place and they came and repaired it. It only took a quarter of the time they expected as well. They fixed a situation which could of been devestating. Definitely give them your business.
