I was going to leave the most glowing review because I had the best experience at this office and with the Doctor and after working with Ophthalmologists and optometrists for 18 years I always love to leave great reviews however what happened after I left was the worst and I’m still waiting.My experience in detail:I live in New York so I traveled a good amount ofdistance to see a.I was so great full that they got me in the same day!I have no insurance so I paid cash $250 for the visit.De Zazzali was amazing took his time and was great no complaint! They are very unprofessional. They have cancelled my father’s appointment a few times already without noticed. They did not call to cancel it. I am his daughter and I took off from work to take him to his appointment besides that you have to pay parking . I’m very dissatisfied with the service. They have not professionalism.
