First I would start off Diane was always respectful and helped me during the time I was a client but as soon as it came to fixing my audit it became a disaster. I paid for audit protection and that's where it went wrong. she promised with that protection she would help with any audits. I was audited in 2018 and received notice on 2020 during covid. I had just adopted my new son. when I got the notice, she explained it would take time as the irs was backed up but she reassured me that the proper amendments to my taxes were filed and I would be ok. fast forward 4 years and no amendments were done as per irs. i am stuck owing 39,000 with no help from her or her office....read full review

Diane and the office associates are always professional, polite and courteous. Having recently moved to the Boston area, I still find the 6 hour drive home to have Diane do my taxes, reasonable. She's the only tax preparer I come to admire & just.
