Francine in the main office is an absolute joy to work with, she is very kind and wonderful at setting up the appointments. Felix is the BEST!!! He is professional and so knowledgeable! Came in took care of our issue that was covered under warranty on the same day!! 100/10 I recommend JRC!
JRC always does a SUPERIOR job! From the start in calling the office, Francine is so pleasant to speaking with the owner, Russ, you can tell its a class operation through and through.I've referred many family and friends to Russ! A fabulous company with quick response to our needs.
I've been using JRC Plumbing since they were hired as the plumbing sub-contractors for my home renovation. Russ and his crew are professional, pleasant, efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them.
