Mike was the best! He told us exactly what the problem was. Our plumbing issue ended up being something out in the street & he waited until the city came out (because we called the township after the first plumbing company told us it was in the city side, but they said it was still something in our plumbing system) to show them the camera & explain the problem.

Our situation could have amplified into a high cost problem but Mike's skill and honest dedication turned it into something manageable. Thanks Mike!
