I had an expensive Bosch range and fridge go down right after purchase. Bucko’s was recommended after contacting the manufacturer. Even as a warranty claim, the staff at Bucko’s came out several times and had both of my units up and running as soon as they possibly could. They go above and beyond!
Fantastic, had an ongoing Maytag Warranty repair that they immediately was able to diagnose and fix. They determine the previous vendor QUAKER CITY FACTORY didn't properly secure the motor resulting in the 2nd service call. If you live in South Jersey and need Warranty Work done ask for BUCKO do not bother with QUAKER CITY FACTORY.
Great experience. Reliable, honest, good follow up and I felt they were very competent. I've dealt with more than my fair share of appliance companies in the last 4 years and they were the best!
