Little did we know that there is a HUGE difference between buying a window or door from a hardware store and a company that specializes in windows and doors. The Outlet is a family owned business that provides high level customer service. If you want the very best advice & service see Carly. She has the best product knowledge and will see that everything goes smooth from start to finish. Vytex Potomac 4-Lite Bow window was installed in our kitchen on Monday by Window and Door outlet . It replaced an Anderson bay window that came with the purchase of the home . The change in the appearance , lighting and air flow of the room are amazing . We redid the kitchen a few years ago. New everything . The room appeared better but did not pop in any way . Now the kitchen pops , feels and looks so much better . W&D did everything right . Came out to the house and talked about improving the space with a new window . Measured everything. Quoted us a price and delivered and installed professionally. Super experience!

Ethan and Carly were absolute professionals as they helped me with an updated roof on my house. They were upfront and honest with competitive pricing throughout the entire process. Ethan was present with his crew, checking in on the progress over the span of two days and reached out to make sure I was satisfied with the work completed and the color of the shingles. The crew made sure to clean up after the install was completed, as well. I would recommend Window and Door Outlet to everyone, and I am looking forward to working with them for future projects!
