“One of the best urgent care experience we received today at vcare! Front desk was very kind (which you generally don’t get to experience in many place), very short wait time, vitals checking process was immediate without too much of wait time inside the room and finally we met Dr.Siva, she was very patient, kind and carefully listened to the concerns and provided us the best care possible! Her diagnosis approach was very detail! In fact Dr. Siva, followed up after few hours to check on patient status. I would definitely recommend this place to others!!“

“The facility itself is great but the billing practices makes it so i wont ever come back here. I came here after verifying it was in network with my insurance company. A couple months later i received a 500 dollar bill because despite the facility being in network the doctor was not. Nobody ever informed me. So i basically am being forced to pay 500 for a covid test and a conversation with a doctor who couldnt even do anything because i was pregnant.Edit: I did hear back from this location almost immediately after posting this and wanted to post an update. They did address my issue and it seems to be just a mistake that they were able to rectify. LIke i stated the actual service provided here really is great compared to many of the other urgent cares in the area.“
