The staff were friendly and efficient and the front office sorted out my insurance issues. The Nurse Practitioner was very professional, identified my problem, and counseled me on handling the issues.
I'm not sure I've ever gotten in and out of a doctor's office so quickly especially as a new patient. Yet, the appointment wasn't rushed. Both the support staff & Rome Gandhi, NP are great communicators and I left the office feeling like a valued patient.
Very happy with dr strauch. My dr of 35 yrs retired and no one took over just a nurse I have hideous skin issues since an infant. I was so lost til I found dr strauch he had really filled in the gap of my retired dr who knew my issues so well. Th staff is quite helpful as well and I never get stuck waiting absurd amounts of time when I go there would highly recommend this practice
