L&A was an amazing experience. After noticing the fridge wasn’t working yesterday(Saturday), I called Alfred who picked up the phone right away. He was then physically fixing the fridge within the hour. He is very courteous, professional, efficient and respectful. The prices are also fair. From now on, he will definitely be my person to go to for any appliance issues. I highly recommend L&A for everybody! Thank you Alfred.
We were experiencing a loud pitched squeaking noise with our clothes dryer late Thursday evening. I did a Google search for appliance repairmen early Friday morning before work and came across L&A...I called the number listed and Alfred answered the phone on the first ring. He asked the make of our dryer and the issue we were experiencing and said he would be at our home within an hr. I was shocked because this generally isnt my experience when calling anyone for service of anything. Alfred arrived and went right to the basement and had the dryer disassembled within a few minutes and determined that we needed new rollers. The technician arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue and explained everything to me in a clear and understandable manner. What impressed me most was his expertise; it was evident he knew exactly what he was doing.
The repair was done efficiently, and my washing machine is now working perfectly. The technician also gave me some helpful maintenance tips to prevent future issues.
