Peaceful atmosphere for meditation enhanced by the voice and calming comments of the instructor. The meditation session enhances a sense of calmness and awareness of the importance of inner peace and balance. The ability to be guided to a place of relaxation, breathing and soulful awareness of the importance and impact of engaging in meditation on a daily basis is vitally important and profoundly powerful.
