Recently I visited the Edgewater Ulta. I was able to buy the product I needed. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, there was one manager, a blonde woman, who was extremely condescending to the staff. I met this manager as well, she was snooty and quite tough with me - I'm a customer! I believe she is new to Ulta and feel you would like to know this about her. I don't want to give this location of Ulta a bad review, but I feel it is important to know how a manager is treating staff as well as customers. Respectfully submitted, Elyse

I went in Ulta to get some perfumes, I was looking at a worker for help and she looked at me and in a very rude unprofessional "what you need help" I felt offended and told her no, and she said ok and continue to talk to her coworker about me right in front of me, she needs to fix her attitude if she wants to continue working. But everyone else were very friendly.

I booked an appointment this past Saturday for my baby shower with Devyn. She was amazing, she blew me away with how beautiful she did my makeup. I got compliments the whole night. She’s really nice and does an amazing job. She made sure I was comfortable and was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending her and going to see her again.
