I have not gone to actually get their services but this is to write about my interaction with Lola and Grace. Lola is their rep on the front desk and she is very knowledgeable about their services. I first spoke with her over the phone -- she was so kind that I was eager to go to an in-person consult than a virtual. She did not disappoint! I got more information from her during our meeting in person and I found her truly helpful. Grace was the nurse who met with me during consult and she was also informative though our meeting was brief. Pleasant staff and clean facility. One star withdrawn due to lack of inclusivity — why, in 2024, doesn’t this location have a tinted sunscreen available for brown skin? The only SPF they had available was tinted and for fair skin. Left with no alternative, I had to use this SPF after my procedure. The white cast was minimal but the micro-aggression really irritated me.

I absolutely love the Edgewater location!!
The front desk and RN staff are all fantastic and extremely kind. This is a great place to get your laser hair removal as it’s very clean, quiet and never too crowded. I definitely brag about this location to all my friends! Both RN’s Ive had (Jen B and Martine) have been absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend them both :)
