It is very difficult and downright suspicious to see such a highly reviewed business, especially those involving heavy logistics, trades, craft, customer service, constant changes, etc.
I was wrong. To say that Tim is an experienced professional is an understatement. Well over 15 rounds of changes, coordinating schedules, changing scope. He handled everything with grace, patience, and honesty. The trades that he hired to move, install, measure were all on-time if not early, highly responsive, and responsible.
I don't even know what better words to say. I hope he opens more businesses so I can give him my money. Thank you Tim!
Imperial does fantastic work and Tim really knows his craft coming in with suggestions and recommendations. He made it look so easy. I did a bathroom remodel and he finished 5 days ahead of schedule. I went to them last minute too. You can be totally involved or have the team provide full service. Tim is very passionate about his work. I also live in a condo and Imperial understands the nuances of applications and such. They are not the cheapest, but they’re worth it. I would hire them again.
I’ve worked with Imperial Kitchen & Bath and they’re one of the best companies to partner with. Professional, organized, and always on top of their projects. Tim runs a smooth operation and makes the process easy for everyone involved. Highly recommend!
