First Rate Roofing was great! I had a bird problem where they were getting in the slits that are under my roof (I guess you call it the soffit?). So the team repaired it and sealed up the corners of my siding. Ever since I've had no birds try to nest inside my roof or siding. Thank you, Tim and Tony!
When I called for an estimate they were able to come out the same day. They showed up when they said they would. Reasonably priced. Was able to fix my roof the same day they came out. Did a fantastic fixing my roof.
I contacted First Rate the week before Christmas. The weather had been very bad and the skylight over my Mother’s dining room had started leaking. Every company I called didn’t offer to come until days, even weeks later. First Rate came that same day to look at the leak and place a tarp for us until they could come back to fix it in safer weather.My mom’s roof and chimney were very old and she ended up choosing to replace the whole thing. First Rate was honest and professional from the beginning. They came when they said they would. They finished quickly. Their price was reasonable. They cleaned up everything after they left.
