“Great experience with the team at Carney All Seasons!! It started last night when I spoke to their call center at about 8:30 pm and the woman could not have been nicer. Then not long after taking my information Scott called me and we discussed my problem with my thermostat no longer working for my system. Scott identified a proposed solution and said he would have a tech to my house the following morning. Further discussions in the morning identified some potential wiring problems but once again Scott and his team proposed another work around. The tech Jason arrived as scheduled later in the morning and assessed the situation and a final plan was agreed to. Jason did an excellent job explaining everything that needed to be done and then completed running new wiring and installing the new thermostat. He then ensured that everything was working correctly and explained how to operate the new thermostat. It is rare to experience such great customer service but this team knows what they are doing and how to treat their customers with respect!! Great work by everyone involved!!“

“Called hoping that I could get service quickly. Well the women in the office was very kind and polite. Had Tech. Out to my house within one hour. Very thankful for that. Tech. Eddie R. diagnosed problem quickly and had my AC unit back up an running cooling down the house very quickly on a very hot and humid day. Very pleased with the work.“

“We hired Robaire to install 4 mini splits to one outside unit. Rob came over and we planned how and where everything would be installed. The order was placed and about 2 weeks later, they came to install. Work took a day and a half, and when it was all done, my house got cold fast. My review is all positive but if you need a negative to balance it out, they did leave dirty finger and hand prints on the units and the wall around the unit. I just wiped everything when they were done and all is good. I had a concern after the installment, so I contacted Rob and he sent someone to take a look. It has been 3 months and everything is working great. Great install and no complaints. I will recommend Robaire to anyone who is looking into A\C for their house.“

The technician then called you with his approximate arrival time. Sean the technician promptly fixed our air conditioner within two hours. Shawn not only took the time to fix The wiring and replace the part he also took the time to explain the problem to me and my 2 sons.

“Victoria & Anton were really great. Really helpful on quote, competitive with others while offering the most confidence in expertise. Had multiple big names come in and tell me I had a heat pump and that I didn't have c-wires installed, both topics Anton debunked lol (Unit was not a heat pump, and c-wires were already there). Installed a whole house humidifier with unit per request as well. Units running immediately following install, and all installation dates honored as scheduled. Will continue using Turtle Tech!!“
