It's always an amazing experience every time I come here. I don't do a great job at keeping up with my color touch ups. So I'm a little bit more work but I promise you I look like a whole new woman once Erika is done. She is the only person I trust with my hair. Chelsea puts so much passion into her work you can tell she loves what she does. She takes her time and she is detailed. They never fail to provide excellent customer service and the salon is such a vibe!
Alicia is excellent. She is great with ingrown nails and files and cleans cuticles beautifully. I am very picky and she passes my tests. Also, the space is so nice and there’s always parking. (I have natural nails but she does gel and all of that also)

The owner/colorist/stylist has been cutting and coloring my hair for over a decade. In her purple hued salon suite, Sarah performs her magic on your hair. My natural hair is nearly all gray. Sarah knows exactly what color will cover my grays and be the perfect base for highlights. Sarah suggested a Keratin Complex treatment on my drying, wiry hair. It was the perfect treatment to enhance my highlights and leave my hair silky and shiny. Kudos to Sarah for another great salon experience.

I have not gone to actually get their services but this is to write about my interaction with Lola and Grace. Lola is their rep on the front desk and she is very knowledgeable about their services. I first spoke with her over the phone -- she was so kind that I was eager to go to an in-person consult than a virtual. She did not disappoint! I got more information from her during our meeting in person and I found her truly helpful. Grace was the nurse who met with me during consult and she was also informative though our meeting was brief. While they bought offered me cost-effective options, the main reason I did not pursue was my budget. Without this as a consideration, I would have definitely taken it, cause besides them, the place was clean, looks organized, and there's ample parking convenient to shops I frequent which means efficient appointments there!

I had a wonderful first time experience with Kwanza and the salon. I have eczema so it is difficult to know which products to use. Kwanza was respectful, kind, patient and listened to my concerns. She cleaned my scalp throughly. Getting my hair and scalp steamed was a wonderful first time experience. Kwanza trimmed and styled my hair with care. I feel beautiful! I have received numerous comments about my hair over the past 48 hours. My aunt saw my hair and decided to make an appointment. My sister said that my hair looks like "doll" hair. LOL! Indira is the best hair stylist. She gave me a haircut today that made me feel like a million bucks.
My color has been done here a few times now. The shop is clean and in a great location. Each time, I'm very happy with the out come. Tommy is chef’s kiss for color. He knowledgeable about what products to use, an how long to use them. Color is a real science when done wrong it can be devastating for your hair and your mental health having to deal with that every day. I am truly thankful for the work that Tommy and his crew does for me. I highly recommend them all here at the r salon.

I love this place! After searching for about a year to find a good and friendly nail salon, I'm finally happy with one!
My one complaint, however, is when other patrons sit on their damn phone or laptop conducting loud conversations/business that infringe on other patrons relaxation! This happens at many establishments. Just stop! Be respectful of others!

Pro: Clean location. Versatile and bilingual technicians also. They have numerous pedicure techs as we technicians .today was my first time trying them at the recommendations of my mother. My technician was Donna , I made the appointment with Alice who was the owner. I arrived at 11:40 am for my 12 noon appt . Donna began my service at 12:04p. I received a gel fill with gel polish . She pushed back my cuticles gave cuticle oils , warm towel and light message on my hands ! I asked for square shape and to leave my pinkies coffin ! Overall happy the accept credit cards and have an ATM machine. As a millennial they don't do gel x nails or Apres! But they have hard gel (imbedded) gel they also have color gels as well . No acrylic for my acrylics girlies .
Cleanliness: Clean and professional and an incredible selection of polishes and nails!!

Kary did brow tint and shape. She listened to me as I desired to have my brows thick, dark but NATURAL looking. She did my brows with care and precision. She is a true professional and a brow wiz! Highly highly recommend!

This was my first time coming to this place. There was a lot of hype on social media made about this place. Everything lived up to the hype as far as I saw it. They have some amazing hydrotherapy pools. My wife and I thought we would only spend a couple of hours here, but we ended up staying the whole day. They have breathtaking views of NYC and an infinity pool on the top floor. For $95 per person, I can say this was a great experience. My wife and I WILL be back again....and again!
