My son (4yo) had to have lab work completed for genetic testing. Unfortunately our first visit did not have the insurance auth approved yet as the issuing office did not complete one. Advising the staff of the issue , they were very helpful and understanding, Melissa went out of her way to hold onto sending the sample out until i was able to confirm approval. My son ended up having to have blood drawn a few days later for the same test due to the insurance issue, Melissa was very warm and was so good with him. She even gave him a gift for being so brave. We’ve had to bring my 3 year old for extensive bloodwork the last few months and this place is the best! He always FREAKS out, but the staff here is excellent and efficient. We’ve never waited longer than a few minutes. By far the best lab around for pediatric!

YVETTE IS AN ABSOLUTE BLESSING!!!She was able to draw blood from my VERY ANXIOUS 8yr old daughter with such care and finesse with 1️⃣ STICK!!!CALM, FRIENDLY AND KIND DEMEANOR kept my daughter distracted and CALM!1ST TIME EVER WITH NO TEARS!!!YVETTE YOU A TRUE BLESSING ?
