We recently used Joe/Prime Inspection to conduct a radon test in our home after some concerns were raised in our neighborhood related to possible elevated radon levels. We were able to quickly schedule our test within in 2 days. Joe arrived on time, explained how everything would work and arranged a time to come back in 4 days to retrieve the tests. We received our results within a few days after that and thankfully everything was fine for our home. Prime was a pleasure to work with and we will certainly use them again for any future testing or inspections needs and will be recommending them to our friends and family.
As first time home buyers, it was intimidating to go through the process of purchasing a home. But Prime made everything with regard to the inspection seamless. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and produced the thorough inspection report in a timely manner. We had a great experience, and would use them again in the future.
