I make my living using my hands, so when I seriously injured my right hand with a power tool, I thought I would never work or even write normally again. Dr. Wisser came to the hospital on a holiday (when he was not on call), explained the techniques he was going to use to reconstruct my fingers, and immediately put me at ease. It was clear that he was both a knowledgeable surgeon and a compassionate human being. I placed my confidence in him, and the results are better than I could have ever imagined. Now 6 weeks after the surgery, my wounds are healing, and I can use my right hand again. He not only saved my fingers, he also ensured my family’s livelihood. I cannot thank him enough or recommend him more highly. He truly is a miracle worker!
