“I called as I had a leak that someone else told me was not my washer, was probably my waste pipe. I was pretty sure it was a washer problem but was worried a pipe could bust. Called Herr's and they were kind enough to come take a look the very next morning. Chris was great, found the issue right away and was able to fix it. Was not the waste pipe, was the pipe where washer expels water. Very appreciative of the prompt and courteous service. Highly recommend Herr's!!“

“Truly spectacular experience! We came home to find that our A/C system had failed and our house was boiling hot. I called Redding's this morning and they were able to send out a technician (Mike B.) first thing. Mike B. quickly diagnosed the problem (the blower fan was broken) and ordered a new part, being careful not to overpromise on delivery time. Neal, who handles parts for Redding's, was miraculously able to procure the part the very same day, and Mike B. was able to come back that afternoon to install it. Redding's exceptional service spared us from potentially having to suffer from weeks of our home being uninhabitable due to A/C failure (not to mention associated hotel costs, dog boarding, etc). This was the best experience I've had with an A/C contractor in the multiple decades I've lived in Princeton -- really amazing.“

“Clean professional work. Thank you. I had trouble with my sewer all day and called 2 other plumbing companies and they told me its hard clog and they did their best but couldn't get to it. When I called Superior Services and explained to them what happened, Gary told me if they couldn't unclog it, they would not charge me. They came out and spent over 2 hours and they were successful.
