This week I took my 14 year old dog, Bubbles, here since other places around me do not groom senior dogs. Making the appointment over the phone was a very simple process, and they gave her an appointment within the week. When we got there I expressed to the groomer, Hannah, Bubble's age and that this is her first professional grooming experience at a shop. I also addressed concerns I had regarding an uneven spot of fur on her foot. We went over length and style options for the cut, which were very thorough. Hannah was super considerate and made Bubbles very comfortable, showering her with compliments upon arrival. Communication was great, as I received a 25 minute heads up call when Bubbles was almost ready. Once I got there, she brought Bubbles out and she looked perfect! Her hair was cut just how I had asked and the uneven spot of fur on her foot was blended seamlessly. She smelled great and was super soft! Her teeth were also brushed, nails were trimmed, and paws were moisturized. She also received an adorable little flower clip in her hair. Bubbles was smiling nonstop after her haircut and got a new load of confidence! She left the store being complimented some more and went home in great spirits. We are so pleased with Bubble's experience here and will definitely be bringing her back to Hannah for her next haircut!

I took my dog to them for the first time this week. Great check in, wonderful job grooming and answering any concerns I had after she was done. From now on, I will be taking my pup there for all here grooming.

Olivia N was great! So affectionate with my somewhat spazzy dog and gave her the best haircut we've had! Violet has gotten rave reviews everywhere we've gone, and my neighbor has asked for Olivia's name for her dog's next trim. Highly recommend and will definitely be back to see Olivia next time!
