If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They sell cheap products and do not reimburse you when they sell you a defective product.
They will make you file a warranty claim that will take months to process with little to no resolution. They do not follow up with their customers and will force you to track them down for any updates.
I would not recommend buying any product from Mohawk. The product I purchased was a Quick Step laminate flooring and it came with bubbles right out of the box. When you call the company you get rude workers who give you conflicting information or refuse to give you any information at all.
This company does not honor their warranties. I purchased Karastan carpet 15 years ago and had it cut into an area rug to fit a sitting room off my dining room. The area got little use and no sun glare. The extra piece I kept rolled up in a closet. I am now changing the flooring in my house and wanted to use this extra piece which was bound. I was horrified when I unrolled the unused piece and put it next to the rug I had been using at how much the used piece had faded. Next to the unrolled piece it looked awful.
