They came out and did an amazing job cleaning it up and saving my house from getting mold. Mind you this was during the hottest week of the summer. So it was brutally hot plus the smell because it was hot was even worse. I can’t say enough good things about Spencer and the crew he sent to my home. Thank you so much.“

There are two things in life that are more valuable than Gold, an honest Mechanic and a trustworthy Contractor. I heard about SMS Contracting from a friend of mine who recommended them to me and I am so grateful that he did. Steve, the owner and his crew were on time, professional and their craftsmanship were second to none. He even threw in a couple of minor things in for free because in his professional opinion it finished the job off better. SMS finished the job on time and below budget, how often does that happen. Steve is about building relationships with their customers rather than making the quick buck, he is a true business man and puts the customer first. “Highly recommend. We suffered water damage to our dining room ceiling. Cornerstone was recommended to us by USAA and they did not disappoint. The office staff is courteous and helpful. Everyone was patient and knowledgeable as we worked through the process. Peter came out and inspected our home and explained the process. He stayed in constant contact. Eilleen was flexible and communitive as we worked out payments since everything happened so fast. Hopefully nothing more will happen to our home but, if it does, we will call back to Cornerstone.“

“We had an excellent experience with this company . The owner Walt was very responsive and came out very soon after we called him to access the situation . We ended up needing a sump pump and French drain installed , the estimate was very reasonable and the guys started work quickly after we gave them the go ahead to begin work . Dealing with max the project manager throughout the job was a pleasure, he kept in touch throughout the process of getting the job done and was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had . The crew that did the installation were polite , hardworking and meticulous in cleaning up after themselves each day after they were done for the day . After several very heavy rains I’m pleased to say the new sump pump and drain is working great and we are no longer having any water intrusion in our back room.
