They came out and did an amazing job cleaning it up and saving my house from getting mold. Mind you this was during the hottest week of the summer. So it was brutally hot plus the smell because it was hot was even worse. I can’t say enough good things about Spencer and the crew he sent to my home. Thank you so much.“

This is a much smaller job than what NJ Reliable Coatings usually does, so Dan offered to do the work FOR FREE! This was answered prayer! The railing looks brand new and should look that way for years to come. We delt with many contractors in the past in our previous, nearly 300 year old house, which left us truly paranoid about hiring "contractors". Not only did Rasinski Construction provide quality finishes, great input on design choices and prompt attention when unforseen issues poped up but they did it all when we had serious personal health curveballs thrown our way and we couldn't be on site very much. “Highly recommend. We suffered water damage to our dining room ceiling. Cornerstone was recommended to us by USAA and they did not disappoint. The office staff is courteous and helpful. Everyone was patient and knowledgeable as we worked through the process. Peter came out and inspected our home and explained the process. He stayed in constant contact. “I don't usually write reviews for really anything, but sometimes when you work with someone or purchase something that far exceeds your expectations, you need to scream it from the rooftops. There are two things in life that are more valuable than Gold, an honest Mechanic and a trustworthy Contractor. I heard about SMS Contracting from a friend of mine who recommended them to me and I am so grateful that he did. Steve, the owner and his crew were on time, professional and their craftsmanship were second to none. He even threw in a couple of minor things in for free because in his professional opinion it finished the job off better. SMS finished the job on time and below budget, how often does that happen. Steve is about building relationships with their customers rather than making the quick buck, he is a true business man and puts the customer first. “Walt was the first person my family contacted to get an estimate for a basement water issue and, after we met him and spoke to a couple of references, we knew he was the one. I canceled the other appointments and scheduled work with Max. Walt, Max, and the crew were pleasant to work with and addressed issues as they appeared flawlessly. The basement work involved creating a new trench in the perimeter and center of the basement, installing two sub pumps, and outside French drains. We took the opportunity since the crew was here and updated our concrete patio to pavers while fixing the pitch and pouring a new concrete entrance walkway. Since we had some pavers left over from the patio we decided to use them in the front and Max was able to work well with the other company to make that project successful. I would definitely recommend Down Under Waterproofing - they are very responsive, honest, reliable, and helpful.“
