“Back in February, I came home from vacation to a backed up sewage pipe coming through my shower that flooded my bathroom, my bedroom, and my bedroom closet. After I called my plumber and they had to snake out 60' to clear the clog, my condo was flooded. I received AW Martin's info from my plumber, and spoke to Spencer that night and he came out the next morning. Spencer and Christian were absolutely AMAZING. They handled everything from the water mitigation to remodeling. They were both so professional and easy to get a hold of throughout the entire process. I pretty much got a whole new condo out of this terrible situation but Spencer and Christian made it almost too easy to do business with them.“

“To start if I could give Creative Custom Construction 10 stars I would. My wife and I felt extremely comfortable when Karan came out to discuss the job. His knowledge of what works best and insight into where things should go was definitely on point and not to mention his willingness to be flexible was unmatched by any other contractor we have had on our projects. Onto to his crew, the guys Karan and Kunal assigned to our job were top notch. The work they did was clean, precise and perfect. The crew was extremely respectful of our home taking care to keep the dust and noise down to a minimum. The guys were very polite and made sure every day before they left our home and their work area it was spotless. The finished product was absolutely beautiful. My wife and I feel blessed that we chose Creative Custom Construction for our bathroom

“We had a very difficult excavation inside a store in a nine tenant retail strip center with a small parking lot. I watched Chris, GWS' foreman, and his team on the job. They worked quickly, safely, and very neatly. They were on time and very respectful of the other tenants and customers of the center. They kept the worksite safe and always cleaned up before leaving. This was a very difficult job, and the GWS team always worked like gentlemen and were easy to work with. We enthusiastically recommend them. We will use them again“

“I don't usually write reviews for really anything, but sometimes when you work with someone or purchase something that far exceeds your expectations, you need to scream it from the rooftops. There are two things in life that are more valuable than Gold, an honest Mechanic and a trustworthy Contractor. I heard about SMS Contracting from a friend of mine who recommended them to me and I am so grateful that he did. Steve, the owner and his crew were on time, professional and their craftsmanship were second to none. He even threw in a couple of minor things in for free because in his professional opinion it finished the job off better. SMS finished the job on time and below budget, how often does that happen. Steve is about building relationships with their customers rather than making the quick buck, he is a true business man and puts the customer first.
