Didn’t like his treatments, all he does to fix yr pain is throwing heating pad on spot that hurts, andjust spine and pop the neck. After numerous visits on my question what exercises he suggest he smirked in the way of : “ you getting old , that is it for u , buddy”. I’m only 55 not overweight, just bad sitting issues. Went to different chiropractor , and was given a set of exercises which help till this day.
