Back in February, I came home from vacation to a backed up sewage pipe coming through my shower that flooded my bathroom, my bedroom, and my bedroom closet. After I called my plumber and they had to snake out 60' to clear the clog, my condo was flooded. I recently had a leaky faucet in the bathroom, which shares the wall of the bedroom closet. As a result, the leak started to affect the closet wall. A.W. Martin was recommended by our plumber. Ed (Ahmed) called right away, despite it being after hours. I appreciated the quick response as this could have become a bigger issue. The very next day, Ed and Sam came to assess the damage. They were very patient and professional, making it a point to explain the process. Their team then came and took care of the mitigation for drying the wall. AW Martin did a fantastic job cleaning and sanitizing our basement after our hot water heater gave up and flooded the entire area. Everyone we came in contact with during the process was extremely professional and courteous.
