“I had a semi-emergency matter with my chimney and contacted Golden Master based on their on-line reviews. Typically, I prefer a personal referral, but Matt came out right away to assess the job. Other recommendations were made beyond the scope of the initial problem, which I felt were genuine and worth doing. They also handled another matter with one of my gutters. Day of the job, the team arrived on time and performed the work as discussed. Overall, I was very happy with the result and the team. I would certainly contact Golden Master again, should I ever need their services.“

“Very pleasant group of people with whom to deal. This summer they replaced my 25-year old roof and accomplished it in a single day. The work itself is messy, but they did everything possible to accomplish it in a tidy fashion. The price was very competitive too.

Additionally, they replaced my exterior wood deck that was also original to the home and 25-years old with a synthetic deck. This work was also accomplished in a single day.

Both jobs had issues along the way, but this company addressed them all effectively. The synthetic deck has one such issue remaining, as one of the railings was slightly scarred coming right out of the manufacturer's packaging.

I am waiting for a replacement part to reach this contractor and for them to replace the single railing. This will be happening later this week.

Normally, I'd have concern about getting this replacement addressed. However, given their conduct through the two jobs, as well as offering that I hold back an adequate sum from the total cost until they make the replacement, I have comfort and confidence they will follow through.“

“I had a small job and I reached out to Fences 4 Us primarily because they had great reviews and they're local to me...I'm a firm believer in supporting local businesses. Well to my delight Reinaldo came through like the pro that he is! I called on Wednesday and after leaving a message he returned the call within about 30 minutes. We agreed that he would swing by to look at what needed to get done, but left the time open. He said he would swing by soon as he could since he would be in the area. He did exactly that. He also said he'd call me back with a quote, which he also delivered on. I hired him on the spot...didn't even ask for any other quotes. I signed a contract that very same day, Wednesday, which pretty much left the work date open, but Reinaldo inserted 'ASAP'. It's towards the end of summer and everyone knows that contractors are still super busy. Sure enough yesterday, Friday, his guys were in the area so he called me and said they could swing by on their way back if that was good for me. Ah, yeah...so job completed as promised! Anyone who has dealt with contractors know that reliability, and quality of work are huge. Yes price is important, but what's the value in a cheap price if they don't show up when expected, or they show up to spike the job and don't come back for days, or they do a poor job, or all of those. Unfortunately as many of us do, I have one of those nosy 'Karen' neighbors from hell and Reinaldo came up with a great suggestion.
