I always find myself coming back here. They have a massive selection of makeup, skincare, hair products, perfume, and so much more. There are plenty of testers, and the staff is always friendly and engaging. I always find everything I need with the help of the staff. The store is well-lit, and they even have stations where you can try on makeup and products. I also love how they change the decor with the seasons, it's such a cute touch. I'll definitely keep coming here to satisfy all my beauty needs.
It was organized & whatnot. I was asked if I needed a basket/help. I replied “no thank you, just looking” & I was received with a stank/attitude look. I felt pressured etc to buy something in the store after that, thankfully I didn’t. Next time don’t interrupt people who are just looking around, when help is needed it’ll be asked. Train your employees better.
Upon arriving, I asked an employee for help and clearly she was not in the mood. I asked for a sample of a scrub and she told me “no, sorry, we ran out of sample cups for the day” with a stank attitude. I proceeded to checkout with my items. Catherine pulled me from the line since I was paying with a CC she was able to ring me up. She asked me if I found everything ok and I asked her if it were possible to grab a sample of something. I showed her what product I wanted to try and she was nothing short of sweet and helpful. She opened the drawer to get a sample cup and it was literally overflowing with sample cups.
