I love this place! Side note, there is a new owner that has been there for almost 2 years. Any reviews that are negative you will see our from the old owners previous. The new owner, Elvy is spectacular! The service, the beautiful work and attention to detail and the friendly and warm atmosphere are why you want to go there. And the pedicures? Spectacular! They take walk-ins, and they are also great at honoring appointments. I highly recommend Honey Nails, which has been renamed as Elvy Rose Nail Spa!
Selfishly I almost hate to say anything because I don't want it to get so busy I can't get an appt! But if you're looking for THE best pedicure, this is your place! Any locals know there are tons of salons in this area (in walking distance alone!), and I've tried many, but Betty is seriously the best. It's also the longest pedicure I've ever had, and I only get the basic. Sometimes I wish they gave the little shoulder massage after a service like other places give, but they have the massage pedicure chairs which are nice, so I won't knock them for that. The pedicure and leg massage is phenomonal! The place doesn't look like much on the outside, but the inside is so relaxing and clean; and pretty! It's tastefully decorated and there is always music playing. They give a rewards card, and are open on Sundays! There's nothing not to like.
What can I say about Betty and Elvira? Because whatever I will write will simply not do them justice. I have been a long-time client of Betty and Elvira. I have actually exclusively only had my nails done by Betty these last 10 years. I was so excited to find out that they opened their own nail salon, and I eagerly followed them to their new location, which is PHENOMENAL. They have been the new owners of this location for a little over a year.Both Betty and Elvira are AMAZING. They are kind, efficient, thorough, and flexible. They have truly become like my family.
